Mid-Cumberland Meals-on-Wheels delivers healthy meals to homebound food insecure seniors.  Meals are delivered by caring volunteers who foster a sense of family for lonely seniors and offer a daily well-being check. We also deliver Nourishing Notes written by community members to our seniors. We provide donated pet food to help seniors afford the cost of their pets.   Come be a best friend for a vulnerable senior.  You could be the only person they see daily, and they love seeing you!
